Smoothies, a great way to start you day!

Have you ever started out your day with a nutritious smoothie? Smoothies are quite filling and could help you lose more weight if you put the right ingredients in them.

Here is a great recipe for a smoothie that will keep you going until lunch and is packed with great nutrients!

1 banana
5 strawberries
10 oz coconut milk/ regular milk
1 tbsp Raw cocoa
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of saltĀ 

Put all of these ingredients in a blender, and drink up!

You can also try to use different fruit combinations to switch it up but always keep the RAW cocoa and preferably coconut milk, as coconut will stimulate your thyroid and help you lose weight.
